Things can only get better.
I thought I would try TopCashBack for the AA. The deal was pay £89.00 and get cash back of £50.00. This was great all went well just waiting for payment to be authorised. But it suddenly disappeared off my account. I had to put in a ticket of complaint the Membership was 30th April 2012 this was September 2012. I always got replies straight away I must admit. I thought I had lost the money and should have just gone for the £30.00 deal. But today I received payment in my bank account for £50.00 and I am delighted be it a bit late. I think it may have been the AA not paying up and TOPCASHBACK having to fight for it so I may try the company again.

It sounds as though your transaction was declined by the merchant's network, but we have been able to resolve this via a missing cashback claim.
