I think the mark of a great internet/mail order company is how they deal with problems should they arise. Anyone can sell you stuff, but you never know how they will act if you have a problem with something you order. In this regard FFX are exceptional! The way they dealt with my problem and how they went above and beyond to make things right was incredible. I have never experienced such fantastic customer service from any other company. So if you are unsure about ordering online or are worried about how they manage to sell things at such low prices have no fears. FFX will definitely be my prefered supplier from now on.
I ordered a watch on 11-12-2012 which was showing as in stock, 3-5 day delivery. After a week I still hadn't received it so phoned the company. I was told that it had just come in from the manufacturer and would be sent within 24 hours. On the 21-12-2012 I received an email stating:
"Unfortunately the item(s) that we had allocated for you has/have not passed Quality Assurance, due to cosmetic damage incurred during a transit accident when coming from the supplier.
As a result we will not be able to fulfil this order this side of Christmas"
The watch finally arrived almost a month after having ordering it on 07-01-2013. HOWEVER IT WAS NOT THE WATCH I ORDERED. The only reason I ordered it from Nigel O'Hara was that it was supposed to have the carbon fibre dial but the one I received had the normal plain black dial. I could have got the plain black dial anywhere, even local jewellers and not had to wait a month. After just having to collect it from the local sorting office and having to wait in line for ages it just isn't worth the hassle of sending it back and having to deal with Nigel O'Hara over refunds/returns etc. So all in all I'm really not impressed with the service from Nigel O'Hara jewellers and certainly wouldn't order from them again AVOID.
