I ordered an item from Amazon as I frequently do and it's like Russian roulette with what company you get to deliver it. My previous experience was with what is quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to have dealt with, that company was Yodel. I tried to track that delivery and was shocked to find that there "was a problem with the address". I think what they meant by that was I live on the third floor and it involved climbing stairs. Your company however was the complete opposite. Your initial delivery date was sent to me by text and was a lot sooner than I had anticipated and I was still at a family bereavement. Rather than posting one of those cards through my door I had several options amongst which was leave with neighbours (not an option as I have the neighbours from hell) and a couple of other dates. I opted for one of the other dates and on the day in question I was sent another text with a predicted one hour time slot. The actual delivery was almost in the middle of this time slot. All in all a fantastic service that Yodel can only envy, that is if they stay in business.
