Order process very slowly.

Whist we are very pleased wth the golf grips and the added bonus of grip tap, the order was processed 7 days after it was placed and then took a further 8 days to arrive. I understand that the order was over Christmas and I am sure the bank holidays would not have help, but we are unsure if we would use this company again due to the inital length of time to process the order. Email questions where answered within 24 hour and where helpful so this was a plus.

Sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the delivery, but you order was delivered in 4 working days from that you placed the order. This order was placed Friday the 21 of December in the evening and since it was Christmas it was packed the first working day after which was 27th of December. DHL picked it up the day after and it was delivered to you the 4th of Januari which is 3 working days later since DHL did not work monday and tuesday (1-2 of January) becuase of new year.

In normal case you should recieve the package on a Thursday if you place a order late Friday-Sunday.
