They dont deliver on time

I checked the tracking information for my parcel this morning and it said that the parcel was due for deliver between the hours of 15:29 and 16:29. I made sure i was home for that hour even though i had a seminar to attend but the package did not arrive. A call or a text letting me know the parcel is going to be late would have been appreciated. Now when i go on the tracking its gone back a step and says that the package is at the delivery depot. Not very impressed

Hi Feyyaz,

I do apologise for the delay. Looking at the tracking system, it seems that the driver on that particular route is a new starter. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that was caused.

I see the parcel is on vehicle and due to be delivered between 11 and 12 today. Do let me know if you need any help - socialmedia@dpd.co.uk
