Jokers' Masquerade

Did Not Reply to my Email Complaint

I used this site for a recent Party, we ordered 3 items costing around £100 in total. One of the outfits had a problem, I emailed the company twice but still no reply. I am still awaiting a reply, poor service I am afraid.

A return number was created for your on Thursday 3rd January and a reply sent to you via return email. Unfortunately it seems as though this did not reached you, so another email was sent to you on Friday 4th January, which again seems to have not reached your inbox. I apologise for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused you and ask if you could please check your junk email inbox as it is likely the emails are sitting in there.

My colleague has also left a voicemail on your home telephone this morning advising of the above.
