Does not use delivery method as stated.

Said they used Royal Mail for delivery however they do not. Take ages to reply to emails. Told your item will be delivered the next day. Confirmed by email and phone. Doesn't arrive until 3 days later. Blame it on the courier that you are told gives a 'superior customer experience' I don't think so. I won't be back.
