Ordered a standard navy USN tee over 3 weeks ago for a Christmas present for a friend. Had full communication from the delivery company regarding my delivery date, time and even drivers name! Took half a day off work to wait for the item and was told it would arrive between 13.56 and 14.56. I heard nor saw any attempt to deliver a parcel to my door, so decided to track my parcel online, only to see its been delivered in the Newcastle region by the name Wilson (Not mine, nor my girlfriends surname). Having tried several times to contact DPD delivery, I was told to ring USN direct and they'd sort the problem. I spoke to a docile member of the USN team who could only offer the help in "checking with DPD and calling me back". I'm still awaiting that callback.
Safe to say, 3 weeks have passed and I'm still without the tee and had to panic buy a friend something else for Christmas. I regularly use USN products and supplements bought from High St merchants but thought I'd try them direct. Think ill stick to Maximuscle in future, they might be a bit more expensive, but they seem to value their customers more.
