Unprofessional, Disappointing, Disastrous, STILL NO REFUND

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After placing an order on the 18th December with confirmation it would be delivered on or before the 24th December I was pretty impressed with the delivery times at this time of year! When It came to delivery day I waited in all day and no delivery! I tried several times to contact the company but there was no answer and was told like many others to use the fast response link on the website.
Now after many generic e-mails and being unable to contact them by phone I am still waiting for a refund.
Customer service is appalling and i will definitely not be using this company again!
