Festive Lights

Expected better.

To be perfectly honest had I not been unwell when the Christmas tree was delivered, (which was extremely prompt), I would have sent it back as on opening, I was very disappointed with the quality, four pieces of branch had actually broken off completely and as we erected it lots of little bits kept falling off and did so every day just as if we had had a real tree! After packing away for next year I really dont know how it is going to look as it already seems rather tatty and worn. Might have expected this had my tree been cheap but this tree certainly wasn't cheap even after being on offer.
On saying all of this once it was decorated and covered with lights it did look beautiful and a few of my family commented on how nice it looked.

Hi Susan, sorry to hear that you have had issues with your Christmas tree. Company policy dictates that all faults must be reported as soon as humanly possible in order that we can replace items. In the case of Christmas trees this would normally involve us sending someone to collect the tree from you and, if required, swapping it for another.
