We were recommended an inversion table by a family member who considered himself a bat. After a couple of hours of assembly, we tried our hands at becoming bats and found it very relaxing. My partner and I have had recurring back problems and have found the inversion table to alleviate some of the aches and pains associated with lower back pain. In fact my partner has stopped taking his prescribed painkillers since using the table for 5 to 10 mins a day.
The only downside is the feet restraints, however with more ankle padding, the discomfort on your ankles and feet may be eased. My GP was pleased that I have purchased such a product to self manage my recurring back pain. Would recommend this product but would advise to check with GP first as it may not be suitable especially if you have high blood pressure or similar conditions. For under £100, this is less than 4 visits to the physio!
