the process is cumbersome, and you don't get a good treatment. I requested GPS and they did not provide it, the car did not have snow tires, in the winter in that part of Italy(Tolomites) that is a must.
In addition the contract number should be enough. I lost the contract during my trip and I had a hard time getting a contract to them once at the airport. Again a very cumbersome process.
