According to our records we did not receive your phone & we do suggest customers to send the phone to us by recorded delivery, so that he/she can trace package and claim when package is lost. it is not our responsibility or liability that your phone have not arrived here, which we make clear on our website. You may be eligible to make a claim for any loss against Royal Mail. Your entitlement to compensation depends on whether you have paid for postage and obtained a Certificate of Posting or alternatively used Recorded Mail or Special Delivery. If you did none of these you would not be entitled to compensation from Royal Mail.
