Having ordered Xmas lights that got lost in the post there was no hesitation to replace them & this time send them trackable. No quibbles, no arguments just plain old fashioned good service, hats off to you guys.

Good day Alan,

And 'hats off' to you for taking the time to review our service. I work on the simple premise that we treat our customers as we would want to be treated. I am very conscious that it doesn't always work, and we do deal with third parties that may be at arms length, but we try and resolve all issues to the customers satisfaction.

Apologies about that little rant!
