OVER £100 TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND NOTHING RECEIVED
I ordered my boots on 27th December and still haven't received them. Despite ringing Rubbersole 3 times they keep saying they will be delivered soon. They also said there was a problem with the tracking numbers and old need to wait. I rang Yodel direct and gave them the tracking number but they said it didn't exist and they said here was no parcels for my address details.
Now desperate to get my money back!
I HAVE NOW RECEIVED MY BOOTS. I CALLED RUBBERSOLE? BASICALLY THE FAULT WAS WITH YODEL. I ARRIVED HOME TO FIND MY PARCEL DUMPED IN THE GARDEN? IT HAD BEEN RAINING ALL DAY BUT YODEL STILL DUMPED MY PARCEL? THE BOX WAS SODDEN, WET THROUGH BUT MY BOOTS WERE OK. RUBBERSOLE HAVE SAID THEY WILL GIVE ME A 10% REFUND SO THANK YOU
