Stay well clear

I have tried to contact this company during my switchover to no avail. 60 mins on hold for 3 days on the trot, call back service is abysmal. Some rude lady who clearly couldn't be bothered with me put me on hold for a further 15 mins snd then cut me off. To top it all they've stopped my transfer, not bothered to tell me and will not give me the original deal I signed up for. Fuming at their shoddy shower of incompetent facilities.


Absolutely appalling company

Purchased a Samsung fridge freezer for 800 quid as part of 4000 kitchen. Wish I'd never bothered. First one broke within 3 months and getting it replaced was a 5 month chore of constant hassle. The replacement has now gone the same way...irreparable six months outside guarantee...guess what? They don't want to know. I'm taking them through the small claims the rotten bleepers. Absolutely appalling customer service if it goes wrong wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. I'm glad this review is going to Homebase but I know they won't give a flying fart!

cheap efficient and fast

Item arrived in good time, cheap price, no qualms! Great service. Was initially put off by a few bad reviews but as one reviewer said it is the annoyed that usually feedback. No problems on this end though


extremely bad service and product..AVOID

I found this company to be appalling. they delivered the lawn was a days late and despite scheduling and telephoning they still managed to miss the delivery window by 5 hours. The lawn had glass embedded into the back in the soil, and when we unrolled it it was patched brown. It died soon after. No reponse from customer service, no offer of a refund despite complaints and certainly no refund of delivery. Appalling service from an appalling company. Avoid at all costs
