My order was placed on the 1st of December 2012 (after 3:00pm) using the 'Super Express (1-3 working days)' delivery option - which means that I paid extra for the faster delivery service. My order was due to arrive between the 4th of December 2012 and the 6th of December 2012.
Till date my order has not arrived. Contacting WAE+ is almost impossible. I have requested for refund but got not so much as an acknowledgement, yet the money left my account on the 4th of December.
What do I do?
