Great car - customer service? Well, they try hard....

We picked up our car at London Heathrow. After a 10+ hour plane ride dealing with an antiquated rental system is just frustrating. I entered all my details on-line, but the agent had to enter everything again. I used a company credit card and so did not need the collision damage waiver. The agent had to rummage through 2 desks to find the photocopied insurance waiver form which of course had to be filled out by hand. Again - information I had provided when I booked the car. We were happy (sort of) to pay the extra charge (about $100) to take the car to France - but the agent failed to provide the required safety equipment as described on-line. That could have been expensive.... Still, the agent was polite and the car was exactly what we asked for, in excellent condition and very reasonably priced. So we will use them again - maybe they will be in the 21st century next time!!
