I've ordered 2 items on the 18th Dec, that according to the website at the time of ordering - are in stock. But following the purchase, I received emails to say that they are waiting on stock of this item before shipping. I write to customer services and get a fairly prompt reply saying only one was in stock. Annoying but what can I do?
At present, I am still waiting for the items to be shipped - so this is taking a lot longer than I imagined even with expected delays and closure due to the holidays.
Should I really be asked to write a review on a company that has yet to even post my items out? Surely an automated message should be set to send once my items have been posted and perhaps delivered? I don't think that's good timing at all, I have nothing to review other than the misinformation originally given by the website and now the excess delay...
