We placed an order expecting next day delivery (ordered Thursday 9.30pm, expected it Monday). The order did not arrive. When phoning to find out where the order was, we were told it's not GUARANTEED next day delivery. So what is the point of advertising free next day delivery???????? The call centre then couldn't help us by giving us an approximate morning or afternoon - so another day of waiting!!!!!! Since then we had a very polite and helpful Team Leader phone us and has rectified the situation. Very good customer service from the team leader - thank you!
