I preordered a game from Zavvi because they were the cheapest around and I have ordered things from them in the past without fault. A couple of days after I placed my order I tried to cancel but told I was unable to because the order was being processed. The order then wasn't dispatched until 2 days after the release date and then it took over a week past the release date for the game to arrive. I preordered this game because I specifically wanted it on the release date or as close to, Zavvi really disappointed me.
I ordered a watch on boxing day with money I had received as a present on Christmas day. The watch arrived within a couple of days and before the new year which I think is great service for that period. The only fault I have is the box of the watch I ordered did have a dint in it when it arrived. This didn't bother me because the watch was for myself but would be a problem if it was a gift.
