Usually a great service from DPD, really like the hour slot! When I didn't get notified of this on latest delivery I was wondering whether something had gone wrong. Saturday delivery so no one to talk to after one, but I followed the instructions on DPD FACEBOOK page and sure enough someone got in contact with me first thing on Monday! Turns out that despite Amazon claiming innocence, they had handed over the parcel to the wrong company and DPD had never received it. Amazon have despatched a replacement and I now have my hour slot from DPD.
