As an online seller myself, I am very aware of how important customer service is. First of all the website is easy to navigate considering the huge range of products and variants on offer and the checkout was straight forward. Communication emails were good and order arrived when expected. Overall it would be nigh on impossible to better the service.
I was with a different provider for about 10 years but when I changed to Bluepark, I realised what I had been missing. In a word - SERVICE! I only need to phone and within seconds Cate has an answer for my question. I have now made it my mission to stump her but am failing miserably so far. I would 100% recommend Bluepark as they are very customer service orientated and the software is so flexible to use that after 8 months I am still discovering new things that it can do! Value wise it cant be beaten, is feature rich and once you get your head around it, simple to use!
