I find your policy of £25 costs for ammending an on-line booking a rip-off. I have had a comment made to me that items can 'drop off'' your final statements - it's a computer that can happen - but when you want to charge another £25 to put it back plus the original cost while not initially deducting it - that's, in my mind, sharp practice. I know you are unlikely to publish this but that is what I think of the way you handle your customers. While I cannot send this to you without ticking the acceptance of your policy box,I wish you to know that I DO NOT ACCEPT your policy i am merely ticking the box so you can read this.
