Good prices but dreadfully slow service

Order placed morning Thursday 3rd Jan. Email arrived promptly to tell me delivery would be "6 working days from despatch" - not impressed.

Monday 7th Jan early evening email received to let me know the order had now been despatched - 4/5 days to get the order out the door and now a further 6 working days, making a total order to receipt (if Yodel are working to the 6 days) of 13 days.

If you are happy to wait near enough a fortnight to receive your goods then possibly worth a visit. If however you live in the 21st century, then make up your own mind

Hello David,

I do apologise that you were not impressed with the free delivery that you had opted for. We do state 6 business days from despatch for parcels to arrive.

For preparation, we allow 1-2 business days (as our warehouse unfortunately is not open during weekends), and was despatched on the 2nd day of preparation, therefore on time.

Do know that we offer UPS Standard and UPS Express if parcels are needed in a few business days!
