Purchased a washer/dryer on-line two days before Xmas day a few days later I was contacted by one of their representative offering me a choice of two delivery dates. Delivery arranged and their driver made the 3 1/2 hrs journey down from Blackpool to Berkshire providing an AM delivery. The driver was jovial, polite and helpful who was very patient when I unpacked the goods and inspected it for any basic signs of damage or neglect which I am glad to say there was none.
Later that evening whilst performing the first wash cycle as per the manufacturers manual noticed a split in the drainage pipe - emailed the company and received an apologetic prompt response. After providing some additional information B Y contacted the manufacture and arranged a replacement part to be shipped out to me. Without a doubt B Y provided me with a fast and efficient service to whom I have recommended to my friends and family and I myself will be purchasing from them again.
