I don't order takeaways any other way nowadays. It beats the c**p out of phoning the restaurant and getting a guy who doesn't speak good English (and is trying to do something else at the same time). The only time I ever needed them (browser glitch), their live chat agent was helpful and intelligent.
I'd give then 5 stars, but I do feel it would be nice if the restaurants were shown in alphabetical order, instead of randomly, as at present.
I ordered a set of beer glasses to provide replacements for an earlier set, some of whose members had suffered unfortunate accidents. There was some confusion (my fault) over the delivery address, which was sorted out in a friendly and efficient manner over the phone on Saturday evening 30th December): the glasses were sent on Wednesday 2nd January, and arroved the following morning.
