A very reassuring start to the year

I ordered, from WAE+, between Christmas and New Year, a bespoke cover for my Sony Reader, which had been a gift.

The WAE+ website itself was appealing and inviting. Placing the order was extremely straightforward, and the projected delivery window was realistic. WAE+ kept me fully informed of the progress of my order, via e-mail; its focus on delivering an excellent customer experience was evident at all stages.

My item arrived, expertly packaged and consigned, and in perfect condition, on 03 January, well within the delivery window. I'm extremely impressed with all aspects of my dealings with this business, and hope that I may be able to give it my continued custom during 2013 and beyond.
