Worst service for a long time. Refused to apply discount advertised on home page.

My worst online shopping experience in a long time.
I noticed on their home page they were offering a 5% discount voucher on all cameras starting with the product code CAM. I checked the camcorder I wanted to buy and it started with a CAM product code but when I tried to apply the code on ordering noting happened.
I queried this on my order - no response.
Emailed them - appology but no offer to apply the discount.
Phoned - discount expired - very unhelpful woman - not prepared to offer discount.
Decided to cancel order - finally personal email offering all sort of sweeteners to change my mind.
Too late, they had their chance and I'll won't be going back again.
Still waiting for refund - have no confidence that will go smoothly!
