I have bought crystal glasses from Havens several times now and the service given is unsurpassable. One order was going to be delayed as stock was limited but as it was for an engagement present, Havens (Lisa) arranged for Royal Scot to send the champagne glasses straight to my home, so my son & his fiancee received their present from his sister after all! I was amazed and extremely grateful for this 'super-service' and of course I have ordered two more pairs - this time in plenty of time for the wedding in December ( a gift from his aunt and cousin).
