I couldn't fault the whole ordering, delivery process at Physique Management. I used to work in retail, so customer satisfaction and feedback is something I take particular interest in.
I was getting the product for my former physio in T'dad and was only given a number. I also only had a window of 2 days in which to receive the item so that I could take it with me. I sent an email to 'contact us' as I was unable to locate the product from the website and within 10 minutes, I got a reply of the item and to ensure delivery what delivery option I should choose. Excellent response time. So already, the precedence was set.
Placing the order was easy; I was given prompts where necessary and what blew me away was the moment the order had been processed, I received an email informing me that delivery would be made on x date and if this wasn't convenient to press 1 to leave with a neighbour or 2 to make alternative arrangements.
On the actual day of delivery, again another email to give time of delivery.
I have to say, KUDOS to the whole Physique Management team. From the moment I sent the email, I received excellent service. You certainly did go that extra mile for this particular customer.
Will I be ordering again... oh yes. Why... the response time and the whole texting thing was just WOW.
