Not too happy on the tracking

I am waiting for a parcel from dpd courier and it should have been here a couple of days ago now I have checked the tracking of my item and the history of it has not changed! How do I know when it is arriving?

Hi Charlie,

Looking at our tracking system, it seems as though we have not yet received your parcel from the sender. I recommend that you contact the sender to establish when the parcel is due to come into DPD's possession. Once we have the parcel, it will be delivered to you next day.
