Frankly a completely shambolic experience from beginning to end.
I strongly advise you do not provide any banking or credit card details to this company. Their processes are appalling, there is no quality control, no attention to detail and their staff are trained to quote policy and process rather than deal with you like a human being. They either give their staff no scope to actually rectify customer issues, train their staff to be indiscriminately hard-lined, or they purposely recruit people who don't care about customers! Whatever the case, the result is appalling customer care.
They clearly make their money through credit charges and admin fee's and they do not deserve to have paying customers.
