Excellent Service.. Shame on product

Atlantic shopping service was excellent, the lady i spoke to at their branch responded to my queries and what she did not know she took away the questions and called me back in a timely fashion.
I recieved the product as promised and on schedule, again very satisfied. The problem occurred when i unpackaged the product (Office chair), the base is all I unpacked, and I found the product on the verge of rusting and with dents in the wheel arms. The upper piece looked fine. I also noted the the chair probably had only up and down adjustments, I could not see the mechanism to allow a full recline position.
Atlantic promptly scheduled a pick up and refunded my money with no quibble. Again the service was v good.
I hope to use their service again, but with slective products and a lot more questions in future.
