Poor customer service. Cheap products.

Go into a store, choose your products and at least you know exactly what you're getting and have the option of returning it without having to part with more money to pay for a courier to collect it, then have to pay an additional £35 delivery to get a replacement. I was also told that I would receive my goods within 3-5 days, rang them up on the third day and was assured that the goods had been dispatched from the warehouse and should be with me within 2 days time. 8 days later and still no delivery, so I rang and spoke to the exceptionally rude and contentious Customer Service 'Manager' who argued persistently with me and accused me of owing the company money, only to realise that they in fact had my money and their returned goods, so owed me! She then realised that only part of my goods had been dispatched but made no apologies whatsoever for inconveniencing me. What happened to the 'customer always being right?' The products are also quite cheap. I bought some taps which makes my water flow so weak that i've had to go and buy another set of taps from a more reputable company. I will NEVER buy from this company again and will NEVER recommend them... Mostly because of their appalling Customer Service and the manager who lacks people skills and customer service training.
