A friendly, professional approach!

I found the team to be very friendly and they reacted very promptly to any requests or issues. The admin process is easy and straightforward too. I found the cleaners to be of varying ability - especially when it comes to ironing! If I was going to make a suggestion it would be that each cleaner should be encouraged to have a baseline ability in this regard, so perhaps some basic training.
