Made a purchase before Xmas of some Paul and Joe products as a Xmas present. One of the items sent was incorrect. I contacted Customer Supoort twice and they emailed me a Returns slip. The correct product has yet to be sent to me though I chased again last week via email.
I am trying to get a refund now and need to call them again. Just hassle but they do owe me £30.
