DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish I had looked at review sites before I made the mistake of sending my phone off to this company. They offered me £165 for my Blackberry Bold, which was higher than everyone else, but not unreasonable as my phone was almost new. On receipt of my phone they then offered me £62 due to "severe cosmetic damage"! My phone has no markings on it, or should I say it HAD no markings on it when I sent it to them. I wonder how it will look when I get it back?! I have had to pay £8.85 for them to send it back to me as there is no way that I will sell it for that price. As I said... use more reputable companies on the market or sell on ebay. Don't make the same mistake as me.
