I have ordered from Beauty Bay twice, The first time the order was delivered very quickly and I was thrilled. My second order, a month or so later, was missing an item. It then became very difficult to prove this to the company (I understand that it is a tricky thing -I could have been lying). Eventually after many emails and badgering on twitter, my item was sent to me.
It was a lot of hassle, and I was annoyed. However, these things happen and it would not prevent me ordering from the company again, as they have a fantastic range of products at extremely competetive prices.
