I had a completely unacceptable experience when ordering from Morale Garden Furniture. I placed on order which had said to be available on their on-line shop. Morale Garden Furniture then collected payment for this item (which was costly.) I monitored the order, which went from In Process to Ready for Shipment. After over a week of sitting in this stage, I phone Morale Garden Furniture to inquire about the order. I was first told that someone was busy and they would call me back. Upon calling back, I was put onto a lengthy hold. I was then told the item was no longer in stock and would likely be available again in 3 months time. I had to inform the women who was on the phone that Morale Garden Furniture had already deducted payment and it had been three weeks without any response. Long story short, I had to ask them for my money back....so that I can order from someplace that is a little more organised!!
