First time,will not be the last!
needed to find a hotel in Chicago, on bit of a budget as bringing Son Wife and the grandauughters. First time for us in Chicago, so not sure where we wanted to be.
This site was a doddle to use, plenty of usefull info, comparisons and customer reviews.
Got a great deal ,virtually half price, booking and paying simple,staff helpfull and no fuss. Spot on !

couldnt have asked for more.
first time I have used this company, bought boots as a Xmas present,so didnt find out untill Xmas day that though I ordered the right size,they were a bit to big. Return proceedure was a doddle,wife now has boots she was after..no fuss!
