Good service and fitting but promise on the time of fitting on the website was not kept.

Ver helpful advice on the phone when I was ordering the product but after I paid I was told that someone would contact me regarding fitting. I recieved a call very quickly, within half an hour however I was told that they were too bust to install the alarm withn the week as it said on the website at this point I did think about cancelling as I had just been burgled and wanted an alarm quickly but I stuck with the date which was within two weeks.

On the day of fitting, the guy arrived on time and was extremely helpful and polite and made up for the disappointment of the long wait.
