We're really sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet. We do offer a 'Special delivery' option as you suggested and this can be selected at the checkout. This service offers delivery before 1pm the following day and is partially tracked by Royal Mail. It is more expensive than 1st Class post but it will be safer and more certain to arrive next day than the Royal Mail First class option that you opted for.

Unfortunately Royal Mail will not consider an item missing until 14 days after posting but we will stay in touch and check to see when it arrives with you.

Just for re-assurance your order was received at 08.51am, our vet checked & cleared the prescription at 10.10am and the order was dispatched at 3.55pm the same day.
