Great service from trans global only let down by UPS failing to collect the parcel on the requested day( 3 collections running!)

this only has 1 star as i cant give it any less, 3 missed courier collections, no customer service support just the stock answer of 'we will rebook it for tomorrow' over priced poor service, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, NO OFFER OF A REFUND, no apology, would believe the courier despite evidence they didnt attend the property. below it asks me to think about anything positive and what i liked....sorry cant think of anything good to say, as a joke of a company goes this is worse than jokes found in christmas crackers.
be warned you use this company at your own risk, be prepared for a headache, days of stress aggravation and no existent customer service
