Your company was supposed to deliver my parcel yesterday - but apparently van too busy to make delivery and returned parcel to depot.
I phoned customer service who told me my parcel would be delivered today and I would get an email when giving me details - email sent (10.57am) saying delivery between 8.00-12.00am.
3.00 pm not delivery - 3.30 no delivery - I sent a web form to customer services, this was acknowledged but no reply so far. now 4.00pm.
Automated customer service no help at all - just said delivery will be before 7pm -
I am staying in to sign for the parcel.
I wouldn't mind but I only live on the Isle of Wight less than 4 miles from your depot, if I could contact the depot I would go and get the parcel myself.
Should not call yourselves a delivery service if you do not deliver!

I do apologise for the delay in delivery. As you say, our systems say that the parcel is out for delivery and should arrive at some stage this evening. Sorry that we have been unable to provide a more accurate timescale on this occasion.
