I've ordered off e5p loads of times. Never really had a problem but when I had I phoned the customer service line. I don't know who I spoke to, but she sounded the really disinterested, didn't speak clearly and just sounded like she couldn't be bothered. I phoned one occasion to find out if an item had been sent out, the girl I spoke to had the same attitude has mentioned above and has I was saying thank you and goodbye, she put the phone down on me mid sentence. I couldn't believe it! So rude! They customer service is crap. I think the staff on the phones need to be taught some manners.
