Not very good this time! Inconsistent

I had 3 phones I wanted to get rid of. Before selling them and putting them in the post I rang the Mazua hotline to discuss the condition of all 3 phones to find out wether they fitted into Mazua's 'working condition' or 'non working condition' category. I described in precise detail of each phone for a large duration of time. I was told by the operator that they were WORKING condition, she was adamant. So I sent them all off as 'working condition' phones. However as you may have guessed that wasn't to be the case. Conveniently the most expensive, newest and the one that was in the best working condition was apparently in non working condition. I did not get what was quoted! Utter rubbish !

Hi Thomas - Thanks for your review and sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service. We can confirm that the Apple iPhone 4 received from you was classed as non-working due to having a cracked touchscreen. Our website clearly states that a 'working' phone have a working screen and that the touch screens must not be cracked. We are very surprised that our customer support staff would have advised differently. We emailed you a non-working revised offer with the option to have the phone returned free of charge if not completely satisfied with the offer. We hope this helps.
