RMA Policy Terrible

I thought it was all good. I ordered items and got them for myself as well as my girlfriend, but when my solar cells arrived, all three were broken. I thought it might have been something I was doing wrong, but it wasn't. Despite being DOA, Dx.com's policy does not replace them, they only cover 60% of the cost of the product for shipping and almost 100% of the time, this is not enough as one usual orders small items from there. This is making me really nervous because I ordered $300 worth of stuff. Overall, their policy worries me and I don't think I will shop there again as a result of this.
UPDATE: DX.com arranged for replacements :). Thanks. I'll probably update once I get everything else I ordered.
UPDATE 2: They didn't send me replacements. They think I should be satisfied with the servos as replacements. The broken solar cells cost me $16, whereas the servos are $6. Also, they made it sound like they would ship me replacements. Who thinks that's fair? No replacement for something dead on arrival. Is that a risk the customer is responsible for?

Works quick but still expensive

We looked at another site that did it but they wanted interac so we used this one. It said 109euros but with conversion it came to 187cad. Really expensive but at least it worked and it was fast.
