Sent a Samsung Galaxy mini s5570 and was quoted a price of £32. We sent it off and waited. I received an email saying that the phone was damaged and scratched and they will only offer £12 or they can send the phone back. My partner had only had the phone a couple of months as his phone had broken and this was a stand in until his contract was renewed and he got a new one. It was in brand new condition. I told them to send it back as I wasn't being ripped off. A couple of days later I received an email telling me that they will give me £25 and the £12 price was an automated email. At this point it had been two weeks since I sent my phone and I'd had enough. I told them yes I would accept that price. I know it isn't a huge amount of money but they should pay the price they quote. Their customer service is non-existent and should not be in the business of recycling phones!
The only people that speak English are the people that are selling to you. Once they have you signed up and your bank details they don't want to know you. We pay £16 a month for 1200 mins 500meg internet and 500 texts. Which seemed like a good deal. Until the first bill. We were charged an extra £26! A pound a day for internet! So according to them 500meg lasted 4 days when my partner uses the WiFi in the house! When we were with T-Mobile you get a text saying your at your limit which virgin never sent us! And they don't charge you if you go over! T-Mobile just slow your internet down. All virgin can do apparently is give us *£10 credit on the next bill and turn of the internet on the phone. So they still got £16 of us and now we are paying for internet that we don't have! Rip of company that will con you out of money that you don't have!! AVOID THIS COMPANY
My partner has always joked about my sensitive hearing but it came in handy today. The woman delivering knocked on the door so quietly that even our dog who was sitting next to the door didn't hear it! Even though we have a working door bell. Then as I got to the door less than 10 seconds after she knocked she was walking away. I have heard reports of yodel staff stealing deliveries but never thought that it was going to happen to us! I find it odd that the person delivering was an elderly woman in normal clothes who was in a normal car and had lost the stylus pen in her car somewhere. Very unprofessional company
I am currently on hold with them and have been on hold for 40 minutes. All I want to do is change our landline number! A simple request. I changed my mobile number with T-Mobile. 4 minute phone call and 2 hours later I had a newphone number. I've made 7 phone calls in 2 days. I have to get my partner's permission to speak on his behalf even though I give all our details and I am phoning from the landline. It would be easier to call the white house and speak to obama!! I am currently considering moving to plusnet! Wouldbe nice to speak to somebody English! ve spoken to Indian and American people today and it's very hard to understand them both on abad line! Avoid this company at all cost!!
