I used the website to order a jumper dress and a pair of boots. I received my items in a timely manner and was pleased with the dress however I received the boots in odd sizes. This was before Christmas so I posted the boots back the very next day as I wanted to wear them over the Xmas period. I paid £2.20 for this and requested that the boots be exchanged for the correct sizes. At this point I was not going to receive the boots for Xmas.
In the new year I received a an email to say that more address details were required to deliver the second pair of boots which I did not understand as the first pair had been delivered to this address. I was a bit fed up by this point so I requested that the boots were not sent and that I receive I refund. Since then I have received a refund for the postage but not the £5 for the boots that I don't have. I am very much hoping I will receive this.
